Description :: • Handle full set accounts, accounting & software.
• Lead the accounting personnel in day-to-day operations of the company's finance and accounting matters
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and other related government authorities
• Responsible for General Ledger tasks.
• Responsible for the closing of monthly accounts.
• Responsible for the statutory and management accounts including ad-hoc statistics reporting as and when required.
• Prepare the monthly reports for the heads of department.
• Responsible for the ad-hoc analyze / reports and attends to queries as and when required by business team.
• Establish and maintain processes, procedures and systems to ensure financial & tax reporting are in compliance with accepted accounting principles and proper internal controls are observed.
• Ad hoc tasks assign by management.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge in handling manufacturing costing full set account.
• Knowledge in ERP system.
• Able To Communicate With All Level Of People.
• Good personality and initiative
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Seri Alam,Masai.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
