Description :: - Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories.
- Compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variances.
- Responsible and liaise with customer to preparing Quotations
- Update cost of raw material in order to have accurate quote.
- Prepare weekly quotation report for managers
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, and analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward.
- Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly gross margin analysis by product group by customer.
- Analyze and review inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability.
- Training is provided by company.
- Ad hoc admin tasks assign by management.
Requirements :: - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field within manufacturing department/company is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate, MS Excel, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work overtime if required to complete an important task
- Strong prioritizing skills, positive attitude and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Able to work in challenging and fast paced environment.
