Description :: -You shall report to the Finance Manager
- Handle full spectrum of financial account and Month End closing activities, inclusive preparing year ended/month ended financial reporting, journal entry and monthly schedules to management/holding company;
- Ensure accuracy and timely reporting to management/holding company before the reporting deadline;
-To handle full spectrum of GST reporting function inclusive proceed of monthly Malaysia GST filing, checking of GST
transactions, etc;
- Managing the cash flow position;
- To supervise on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable area;
- To assist to attend to Auditor and Tax Agent queries, and to check on audited report and tax report submitted by auditor and tax agent as and when required.
-To assist in supervising the Accounting team, and ensure all daily, weekly and monthly tasks are being carried out in
accordance to Singapore holding company.
-To attend to any other duties as assigned by your Superior.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree, Professional Certificate (Eg: Partial completion of ACCA, LCCI, CAT, etc), Diploma or higher;
-Required Languages : English, Malay &
Chinese;
- Required Skills : Inter-personal and communication skill, Microsoft Excel/Words, Costing knowledge is advantages, etc;
