- - Implement and monitor tight internal controls and strict compliance with company’s policies.
- Responsible for financial accounting, reports and full set of accounts.
- Manage, monitor and review work done by subordinates.
- Perform cost analysis, budgeting and revenue forecasting.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation, records and filing.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Monitor project accounts and ensure progress payment, billings and invoices are properly and timely processed.
- Prepare debtors ageing report, statement of account and monitor debtor payment.
- Management of bank accounts and loan facilities and cash flow transactions.
- Assist Finance Manager on tax matters and preparation of business plan. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- At least 6 Year(s) similar of working experience in development and construction line.
- Knowledge of SQL / UBS accounting software is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia - Lowest Qualification :
