Description :
1. To review and approve Account Payable (AP) entries.
2. To participate in the Accounting and Financial SOPs governing the Accounting Operational activities.
3. To administrate the online enquiry of bank balances and also as authorized party to confirm valid cheque payments to bankers when called upon.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To oversee Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) operational activities of Finance and to provide Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) reports as inputs for management decision makings.
2. To assist the Finance Manager & Assistant Accountant / Group Accountant on Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR) accounting activities of the company.
3. To prepare costing and other ledger reporting as and when required.
4. To provide accurate and timely management information for decision making.
5 . To ensure timely Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR) reconciliation are performed by the team members.
6. To ensure proper accurate and timely deduction (Debit Notes raised) to suppliers / sub-cons.
7. To guide / lead Account Payable (AP) members to achieve 100% KPI of accruals and payments.
8. To ensure the operational activities comply with the Company’s policies and procedures.
9. To ensure the Finance activities and Financial Accounts are in accordance with the statutory requirements and tax compliance.
10. To administer and ensure effective accounting procedures including credit control and Accounts Receivable (AR) monitoring.
11. To liaise with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents, Lawyer and Government Bodies on finance and admin related matters.
12. To monitor and control unsafe practices for head office.
13. To assist in the implementation of policies and procedures required by the QHS Management System.
14. To undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior. 
Requirements :
1. Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration / Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
3. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Well Organized, detailed, analytical, systematic and cost conscious.
5. Trustworthy in keeping company’s confidential matters and trade secrets.
6. Computer literate with Managers level specializing in Property Management
