Description :: - Oversee the entire financial operation including the full spectrum of financial accounting, management reporting functions, taxation, and treasury.
- Provide accurate and timely financial & management information and reports for decision making.
- Develop policies, standards, and guidelines with respect to accounting procudures, concepts, and methodologies.
- Coordinate to ensure the timely completion of the company's annual audit.
- Ensure company's compliance with the accounting standards, taxation obligations, and other external and internal financial policies and procedures.
- Contribute to strategic and operational decision making of the company by providing appropriate financial analysis.
- Provide the necessary coaching, guidance, and on-job-training to subordinates for optimising team performance.
- Monitoring departmental KPI performance, develop and implement accounting policies, internal control and SOP.
Requirements :: - Degree in Accountancy/Finance or professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in related field.
- Can be well communicated in English and Mandarin.
- High level of integrity, self-driven and result oriented personality.
- Competent in management reporting and operations system.
- Auditing experience will be an added advantage.
