Description :: Account Payable (3rd party)
- To process AP non PO invoices, freight invoices, medical invoices and day-to-day transaction processing.
- Partner with business representatives such as GSSC, buyers, shipping and external suppliers to focus on resolution of account payable payment discrepancies and problematic issues.
- Follow up on the utilities payment (such as TNB, PBA, Indah water and etc.)
- To follow up with GSSC regarding the purging of the AP, AP, and bank related entry into system.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Treasury
- Perform bank reconciliation by weekly and purge JVM into System.
- Responsible to calculate Fx gain and loss of hedging and book in JVM into system.
- Provide in house transfer deal ticket and payment rate to GSSC.
- Responsible to review payment selection file and request fund to proceed payment (SGD, EUR and MYR) by weekly.
- To reserve fund to pay critical, utilities and customer cum vendor payment during quarter end.
- Partner with business representatives such as Global Service Share Center and buyers to perform quarter end payment hold activities.
- In charge of month end closing for Treasury portion.

Account Receivable
- Responsible on the collection.
- Follow up with GBS AR team on the issue and deal with OM/ PM.
- In charge of month end closing for AR portion.
- Ensure proper & timely escalation of issues to Finance Manager.
- Prepare reporting on daily revenue, 6+ month credit, Strategic Base Cost and etc

GST (Goods and Services tax)/ATS (Approved Trade Scheme) report
- Verify GST output, input tax and summary report from GBS GL team and do amendment accordingly.
- Work with GBS team on the GST system setting to enhance the report.
- Submit the GST summary/ filling via customs website.
- Prepare payment voucher for GST payment/ Follow up on GST refund status.
- Prepare the documents for GST audit purpose.
- Prepare the ATS report with customs agreed format
