- Handle supplier payment, Invoice & staff claim / Issue cheque

- Assist in daily / weekly/ monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of report and input for month end/ year end closing and management purposes
- Ensure Proper maintenance of department filing
- Assist in annual stock take
- Ad-hoc assignment from superior from time to time 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI , Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking.
- Meticulous, highly organized, proactive and has strong negotiation skills.
- Posses at least 2 years of experience
