- - While adhering to company policies and procedures, demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.
- Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems (MyDSO /manual reports) while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
- Maintains up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems. (MyDSO/SAP)
- Initiate customer visits for accounts settlement, dispute management, administrative work or new buyer visits
- Escalates to Collection lead on delinquent accounts considered to be uncollectable.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer reconciliations, processing credit memos, customer refunds/short payment.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the collection proceed administration works, including Letter of Credit claims and others
- Responsible for reporting as assigned. (support audit requirement)
- Other duties as assigned - Requirements :
- - Candidate possess at least a Degree
- Minimum 3 years in related field
- Experience in using ERP
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Good communication skills
- Customer service oriented in handling customer enquiries and requests
-Self-motivated & possess initiative, results-oriented, meticulous, mature, persistent and pleasant
- Ability to use critical thinking, sound judgment, and decision-making skills to solve problems.
- Ability to negotiate. Knowledge of Credit and collection processes.
- Experience in working with targets and tight deadlines.
- Persistence in solving the problems. - Lowest Qualification :
