Description :: - Responsible and review all non standard agreements to determine the type of recognition required
- To achieve individual sales target and contribute towards the achievement of the group target
- Assess/ analyze and propose financial advice and solution based on customers financial needs
- Responsible for reviewing financial information pertinent to potential customers.
- Build rapport and relationship with the customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding
- Identify referral opportunities and make relevant referrals
- Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers and follow up activities
- To ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales service
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedure
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements :: - Degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline
- Minimum three (10) years working experience in the relevant experiences in banking & finance/ SME / Corporate Lending .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of property tenancy framework
- Good analytical skills and basic financial knowledge
- Good networking and marketing skills
