Description :
-Understanding the strategic direction of the
Management, providing high level, proactive financial expertise to the Management as a whole and direction for
both short term and long term financial Finance Department.
-Lead the design and implementation of the structure of financial resources and all financial operation of the Management.
-Advise the Management and Board of Directors on the financial implications of business / project activities.
-Ensure that existing finance guidelines and related administrative procedures are adhered to.
-Timely group financial reporting and analysis.
-Preparation of budgets, forecast and financial analysis.
-Review financial process and system.
-Responsible for internal audit, control system, tax planning and restructuring.
-Liaise with external auditors, banks and other financial institutions on accounting, treasury and financial matters.
-Develop procedures to analyse and assess changing business issues like profitability, margins, productivity and cash flow.
-Analyses and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve system and financial performance
Management of accounts payable and receivable staff as well as general accounting and cash flow.
-Working with all departments to provide support and coordination through financial reporting and analysis
-To manage credit control functions, to ensure corporate and project budget are monitored and controlled on regular basis
- Supervises the accounting and finance operations and coordinates audit process and ensure deadlines are met
-Compiling key performances reports, identifying and understanding the underlying business and financial issues 
Requirements :
-Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in Managerial position
-Preferably from property industry / investment banking
-Vast experience in dealing with financial
institutions in company fund management, loan facilities etc.
-Possesses recognized CPA & ACCA with
MIA membership
-Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
-Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decision based on accurate and
timely analyses
-High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
-Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
