- 1. Prepare Group Consolidated Accounts when required.
2. Assist on corporate finance function.
3. Assist on establishing and preparing company annual budget and exercising budgetary control.
4. Liaise with tax agents on the preparation of tax computation /return and estimated tax provision.
5. Handle tax authorities’ queries and audit.
6. Assist in setting up costing structure/improving the current costing system.
7. Manage foreign exchange risks exposure via suitable financial and money market tools.
8. Liaise with bankers, solicitors, relevant authorities on any banking matter such as banking facilities reviews, approval and reporting requirement etc.
9. Liaise with external auditors on audit matters, company secretary on secretarial matters and various relevant authorities.
10. Ensure accounting records and systems are in compliance with approved accounting standards and statutory requirement.
11. Liaise with government agencies such as Kastam, LHDN and other related departments on matters about GST, tax returns and any other issues.
12. Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective activities and support in relations to the Company’s overall operating functions. - Requirements :
- - Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/professional qualified ACCA.
- Minimum 3 years of MNC accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with SAP experience is preferable.
Meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines - Lowest Qualification :
