Description :: • To prepare full set of accounts for AP,AR, GL, cash flow and budget planning
• To prepare monthly management accounts and consolidations
• Prepare/review monthly income of tax computations and GST for the company
• To monitor and manage solvency and liquidity of the company; i.e. debt management, banking facilities, availability of funds for project and operational needs
• Liaise with financial institutions, tax agents and regulatory authorities. To coordinate annual audit and other review activities by the management
• To prepare cash book and bank reconciliation
• To monitor project financial performance, clear communication of performance and status to management on a timely basis
• Liaising with project team to ascertain WIP, accruals, collections, identifying financial risks and
opportunities and maintaining cash flow forecast
Requirements :: • Degree in Accountancy/Fiannce, ACCA or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Prior exposure to accounting and project construction contract is essential
• Preferably with audit experience
• Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Mircosoft Office and experience in SAGE ACCPAC will be an added advantages
• A fast learner, work with minimum supervision and team player
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
