- - Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded
- Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Handle accounts payable, subcontractor claims and perform reconciliations
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately
available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports - Requirements :
- - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software (e.g. UBS,
Autocount)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field (preferably in construction line) is
required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pusat Perdagangan Kuchai.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
