Description :: - Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable OR accounts receivable transactions
*Accounts Payable
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Data entry invoices for payment
- Issue cheque and manage the weekly cheque run
- To undertake any task or assignment as per assigned by immediate superior or Management from
time-to-time

*Accounts Receivable
- To ensure that AR activities follows internal control policies and procedures in accordance
- To ensure all locations’ sales & AR are closed timely; meanwhile, continue to improve the closing
time.
- To ensure receipt / transaction amounts are input correctly and timely into the system
- To ensure invoices / credit memo are raised correctly and timely into the month.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
- To undertake any task or assignment as per assigned by immediate superior or Management from
time-to-time
Requirements :: - Possess minimum LCCI Higher/ Diploma/ Degree In Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Possess ability to read, write & speak in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
