Description :: - Assist to maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial, quarterly report and variance analysis.
- Assist in daily operational functions of the Accounts Department and oversee other administrative functions of the department.
- Assist in preparation of budget, forecast, project costing and cash flow planning.
- Ensure compliance with group/company policy, review internal control procedures and cost control periodically.
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies of departments.
- Assist Accountant in any matters related to accounting including daily accounting administrative matter, finalization of accounts and statutory compliance and etc.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably those with Manufacturing background.
-Fresh graduates will be considered for junior executive/clerical position.
- Mature and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Enjoy challenges and able to work with tight deadlines.
