Description :
- To verify the preparation of full set of Accounts.
- To ensure the customers / suppliers invoices, debit note and credit note in accounting system are prepared and updated.
- To coordinate the recoverable billings and collection, timely booking and payment of supplier/ customer invoices, maintaining the Fixed Assets Register and performing bank reconciliations in timely and accurate manner.
- To ensure the daily banking, telegraph transfer (TT) and interbank transfer has been done in accurate manner.
- Responsible for company's banking facilities. (e.g. Bankers Acceptance (ISA), Sight letter of credit (LC), Trust Receipt (TR), Shipping Guarantee (SG) & etc.).
- Preparing annual budgets, planning cash flow, forecasting and analyzing expenses.
- Manage company cash flow.
- Review, co-ordinate and ensure smooth implementation and compliance of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
- To ensure the sales aging and related analysis report is done in a timely and accurate manner (monthly).
- Responsible for the preparation of periodic financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards & corporate guidelines.
- Liaising with local bankers, auditors, income tax department and local authorities.
- Reporting and assisting the Managing Director & Director/ Account and Finance Manager/ HR & Admin Manager on the daily management and operation activities of accounting and admin functions.
- Back up Operation Executive on all the shipping matters, invoicing and delivery matter.
- To verify staff claims.
- To ensure all filling is done in a timely and accurate manner.
- To report and responsible all GST related matters.
- To verify and handle the administration or/clerical works on GST monitoring, maintaining and submission.
- Assist in attend to office phone calls.
- Types edit and prepare correspondence, memorandum, letters and others communications; responds to routine letters and compose general correspondence as directed.
- To verify and to ensure daily account processes are up to date to meet financial closing deadline.
- Provide general administration support.
- Reporting and maintaining quality management system according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
- Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): computer literate, analytical skills, financial accounting and analysis, trade finance management, Accounting.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Chinese is additional advantage
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
