Description ::  Performs broad-impact financial analysis and reporting for a US$350 million international capital equipment manufacturer in the semiconductor industry.
 Assists in design and implementation of financial/ accounting/ budget systems and reports across all locations.
 Assists with compiling financial information from all components of the organizational entity, and develops integrated revenue/ expense spreadsheets, analyses, projections, reports and presentation.
 Collect monthly shipment report from multiple sources and consolidate as quarter commission computation source for (a) finance accrual at different sites (b) commission payout to Accounts Manager.
 Liasie with each site Accounts Manager on their commission computation together with supporting datas for verification and approval.
 Collect monthly Sales & Service Financial reports from multiple sources and align with the figures uploaded in the new reporting tool.
 Consolidation of Sales & Service Financial data on monthly basis.
 Ability to perform analysia on actual results against Forecast and Operating Plan with supervision.
 Ability to liasie with Sales & Service Manager in obtaining a complete Global Travel & Entertainment (T&E) Forecast on quarterly basis. Consolidate the T&E Forecast and perform cost analysis.
 Generate weekly MYTIME report and send email reminder to FSE's if there are missing/insufficient hours.
 Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.
Requirements :: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of financial analysis and general accounting experience in public account or private industry.
- Experience in a global manufacturing company preferred.
- Skills/ Technical
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP rules and corporate tax rules.
• Basic knowledge of SEC reporting.
• Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley legislation.
• Familiarity with multi-company and multi-currency consolidations.
• MS Office, intermediate level in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and a range of integrated accounting systems, databases and software applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community.
• Database management skills.
• Working knowledge of Internet and e-mail.
• Strong written communication skills.
