Description :: '-To handle the accounts related data like Accounts Reconciliation/ Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ General Ledger or Inventory.
-Handling daily, weekly, monthly accounts transaction, checking and verification, follow ups, identify and address issues when necessary.
-General liaison with regulatory bodies/authorities, auditors, tax
consultants, bankers, etc.
-To maintain proper accounting policies and financial statements control.
-Responsible for smooth month end account closing, monthly report and other financial matters.
-Assist in preparation of timely monthly financial report to Management in accordance with management reporting
requirement.
-To perform any duties as and when required by the Management.
Requirements :: '-Possess at least a LCCI or Diploma in Accounting / Finance, Degree in Accounting/Finance / ACCA with at least 3 years of working experience in in similar
capacity.
-Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
-Good working knowledge in computerized accounting and spread sheets software.
-Mature with strong organisational skills, dynamic and result-oriented.
-Independent and able to work with all levels of management.
-Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
-Candidate who can speak mandarin will be add more advantage
