- Handle the overall finance, HR and administrative tasks related to the Sales & Services team.
- Handle the overall accounting functions related to transaction processing for the company, including maintaining of cash & bank books, AP & AR posting, GST submission etc
- Handle the general office administrative tasks, including stationeries replenishment, postage & telecommunication, general office maintenance etc.
- Handle the overall payroll processing and leave management of the Sales & Service team.
- Handle the overall staff claim processing of the Sales & Service team.
- Handle the overall travel desk functions for the Sales & Service team, including air ticket booking, hotel reservation, pick-up arrangement & visa application.
- Handle the basic purchasing functions, including quotation / purchase inquiry, purchase order processing and receiving delivery.
- Handle the basic tasks related to banking, company secretarial, insurance matters for the company. 
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Finance & Accounting with relevant working experience
- Independent and dynamic professional, meticulous and able to work in a fast pace environment, under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and administrative skills with ability to multi-task
- Possess a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
- Self-driven and possess initiative
