Description :: - Possess an excellent or basic knowledge of Architectural Signage Trade, Construction / Architectural Development.
- Achieve sales target by evaluating & implementing new business opportunities.
- Work / liaise closely and effectively with clients and other support various business units to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Attention to detail and to push projects through.
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing of all projects and other related activities independently or as a team.
- A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation & project management skills.
- Possess team player quality - to work as a team to ensure implementation of business projects and to achieve targets.
- Possess good project documentation skill in order to ensure professionalism.
Requirements :: - Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication is preferred. A Degree in relevant field is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity with proven track record in construction / architectural projects management.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- A detail-minded person who is sensitive with figure and have an excellent grasp of P & L.
- A strategic and proactive thinker with resourcefulness and able to think out of the box.
- Well-groomed, dress-up and pleasant personality.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel at short notice.
