- - Create potential merchant's list based on products' requirements.
- Responsible for offering & providing services to existing as well as potential merchants (may include non-local merchants).
- Process the documents received for each merchant, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each document.
- Overall merchant acquiring & management - expanding merchant base, monitoring sales volume and consumer spending pattern.
- Assist potential merchants in setting up services and systems.
- Communicate issues faced by merchants to the supporting teams (Finance/Marketing/Operations etc.)
- Work with various teams & departments in achieving objectives.
- Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management (Eg: Occasional events & roadshows support) - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): Fluent in English.
- Mandarin/Cantonese/Hokkien are added advantage.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Sales or other related fields is required for this position.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, aggressive & result-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedicated to achieving targets.
- Team player and high integrity.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Work with minimum supervision achieving objectives in a timely manner.
- Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
- Valid driving license.
