- - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes including developing financial targets.
- Manage planning and forecasting processes, define deliverables, timing and processes.
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to predict operating results.
- Implement financial forecasting and planning tools as needed to improve planning results.
- Coordinate internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the Company’s financial and operating performance.
- Responsible for the accounting operation of the company.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable staff and functions.
- Work with project management staffs ensuring proper compliance with accounting procedures including reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and monthly reports.
- Develop written accounting procedures for the operation staffs and work with team to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
- Responsible for local taxation matters.
- Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement.
- Interpret the company’s financial result to management and recommend improvement activities.
- Compile key business metrics and report to the management. - Requirements :
- - Possess the ability to ensure the corporate integration of finance, treasury and cash management objectives, policies and procedures.
- Possess a demonstrated capacity across an organization and engage others to ensure the most effective and efficient implementation of finance functions.
- Unyielding integrity / ethics.
- Superior analytical and technical skills; problem solving driving by data/metrics.
