Description :: 1. Maintaining records of inventories & deliveries.
2. Handle stock management accurately and efficiently.
3. In charge of sundry purchase and requisition of office stationeries.
4. Liaise with supplier to negotiate for best price, terms & conditions.
5. Carry out price review activities for existing purchase materials.
6. To ensure all purchased are approved within mandated guidelines.
7. To maintain records of materials, prices, inventories & deliveries and then using these records to compare prices, specifications & delivery dates.
8. To raise purchase order based in the requisition from respective department.
9. Issue Purchase Order to suppliers and follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
10. Submission of cost and prices reports to Management.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Negogation skill is must
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
