Description :: - To lead the finance and accounts team on daily operations and to manage full set of accounts including general ledger, journal, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, GST compliance, preparation of financial statement and cash flow report;
- To analyse financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements;
- To ensure timely preparation and reporting of management accounts, forecast, intercompany transaction and cash flow report;
- To ensure financial reports are maintained in compliance with policies, procedures and statutory requirements including audit, taxation and internal control;
- Liaise with auditor, tax agents, bankers and company secretary;
- Any other duties and assignments assigned by Management from time to time.
- Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements :: - Degree in Accounting or any recognized professional qualification;
- At least 2 years of experience in leading finance and accounts department;
- Good knowledge in financial and management accounting;
- Knowledge in GST compliance;
- Preferably in Property, Construction industries , preferably with knowledge of Hotel or Developer Accounts;
- Possess good leadership quality and able to lead a team;
Computer literate in MS office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and Accounting software
- Proficient in both spoken and written of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Good problem solving skill and result oriented;
- Strong communication skills both internally, cross-functional and external.
