Description :: • Responsible to handle Account Receivables (AR) and Credit Control Tasks
• To independently handle collection for selected group of customers
• To update payment received data from customers/debtor status in accounting system
• To issue credit and debit notes when necessary
• To prepare monthly closing of AR and monthly collection report
• Follow-up with Sales Personnel and Customer on delayed payments
• Filling of accounting documents i.e. bank in slip, etc
Requirements :: • Min Cert/Diploma in Accounting/LCCI or equivalent
• Knowledge in accounting software
• Required language : English, Malay and Chinese
• Min 5 years working experiences
• Experience in Credit Control will be an advantage
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
