Description :: - Responsible for timely processing of payroll activities. Eg: monthly payroll process, report, year-end salary analysis, bonus and EA Form
- Manage and processes transactions on daily basis to ensure all procedures are followed in compliance with established process and service level agreements
- Input and maintain data in system for employees
- Resolve payroll issues and serves as problem solving support
- Take accountability on payroll deliveries - Timelines and Accuracy
- Initiate and lead a group of payroll staff (For Senior Executive)
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
