Description :
Update payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in employees’ personal records and salary information.
Prepare monthly payroll and ensure that salaries are paid to employees’ bank account in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare reports and files for payroll.
Process monthly statutory submission to relevant authorities.
Manage C&B benefits of the company.
Assist in revamping current payroll system.
Supervise a team of payroll executives.
Monitor, update and administer staff leaves, claims, medical expenses and attendance records for month-end payroll processing.
Attend and follow up on staff queries in relation to payroll matters.
Perform annual performance assessment and prepare of annual EA form for staff.
To assist in any other HR tasks / special projects as assigned by the Manager. 
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human
Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s):
• Experience in using Wincom & Purelogic HR system will be an added advantage,
• Attention to details, meticulous, tactful, good
interpersonal skill and independent with minimal supervision., Familiar with tax
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
