- 1. To handle daily account transaction and assist in monthly closing.
2. To ensure proper filing, matching of documents and transactions for COD payment.
3. To assist in account payable eg: issuing of cheque, prepare ac hoc payment.
4. To coordinate and ensure timely closing accounts for AR (Account Receivable)and AP (Account Payable).
5. To handle / updating daily cash book transaction and prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
6. Prepare and update audit schedule for the year end auditing and tax purposes.
7. To keep proper register of company fixed assets.
8. And any othe job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
9. To assist in departmental daily operation and monthly closing of financial reporting. - Requirements :
