Description :: 1) Maintaining day to day financial, accounting and administrative accounts in order to meet accounts and administration requirements
2) To answer telephone, screen and direct calls to appropriate person
3) To provide the right information to callers and occasionally welcome guests entering the office
4) To maintain of all matters related to the update of few small company accounts and related banking matters to these few companies
5) Responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable, collection, preparing report and other related reports from the system and also in MS Excel
6) Analyzed data obtained and record results, using in house data processing system and also in MS Excel
7) Reconciled cash account to bank statements and general ledger balance
8) Prepare financial management report, audit and tax computation
9) To liaise closely with external parties (e.g bankers, tax agents and auditors) and coordinate with other departments for arranging any documents required by the external parties
10) Any other duties as directed by your immediate Supervisor
Requirements :: 1) Experience working as Account Executive for minimum 3 years
2) Has good track record
3) Has own transport (motorcycle/car)
