Description :: Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Preparing statutory accounts.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
Requirements :: Diploma in Accounting and Finance, LCCI Intermediate or other relevant Certificates in Accounting or Bookkeeping
Candidates must be aged between 23 and 40
Minimum 1 year in a related department, knowledge of UBS/SAGE 50/SAGE PAYROLL is an advantage
Experience in the manufacturing and electrical/power utility/oil and gas industry and knowledgeable in an ISO 9001:2015 environment is an advantage
Possess good interpersonal skills and fluent in English
Proficient in MS0 365, Sage Payroll and Sage 50
Preferably with own transport
