Description :: 1) Management :
- To maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- To oversee the operations of the Finance department

2) Fund Management :
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment
-To ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
- Mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company’s borrowings
- To maintain banking relationships
-To Assist in determining the company’s proper capital structure
- Arrange for equity and debt financing
- Recommend appropriate dividend issuances, based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows.

3) Budgeting :
- To Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
- To report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
- To assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction

4) Financial Analysis
- To Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all area of the company
- To Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
- To interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
Requirements :: 'Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with ACCA or CPA
Experience : 5 – 10 years of experience heading a Finance Department for a major company
Others : Excellent communication skills, meticulous and highly motivated
Language : Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English
Working Conditions : Primarily in an office environment
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
