Description :: Handle customer invoicing and collections. Able to work independently to smoothen the payment process, a team player. Required language(s): English/Malay/Chinese. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Willing to learn and positive attitude.
Creation of Tax Invoices, bills and other routine related to account.
Assist day to day finance operation such as general accounting posting, checking and preparing cheque payment, customer collection and assist in bank reconciliations/ payment receivable/ petty cash.
Assist the supervisor in updating and maintaining detailed records of the company's day-to-day financial transactions.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a SPM in Accounting/LCCI/Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS. SQL Accounting/Microsoft Office/Filing, Book-keeping
