Manage day to day operation of overall accounting and financial activities
Assist for preparation of staff wages reports, financial reports, data entry and transactions
Take charge of administrative, payroll and monthly invoicing matter.
To ensure up-to -date staff information, personal files, staff movement and easy retrieval of information.
To handle and carry out overall general office administration duties these include office stationery inventory and operation equipment.

Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/LCCI/Diploma, any field.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literate in Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
