Description :: 1. Ensure governance of company's financial reporting guideline and compliance in term of preparation of payment, voucher, cheque and reimbursement
2. Submission of GST and e-filling
3. Coordinate annual statutory accounts and income tax returns with external tax accountants
4. Assist Financial Controller with annual budgeting and forecasting
5. Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules per monthly close schedule
6. Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
7. Analyse revenues, commissions, and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately monthly
8. Prepare monthly account reconciliations - payroll, EPF, SOCSO
9. Assist with analysing financial statements monthly and report on variances
10. Assist with financial and tax audits
11. Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
12. Assist with quarterly producer commission reports, analysing and correcting discrepancies
13. Assist in projects which involves system and process improvement
14. Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal records
15. Other projects as assigned
Requirements :: 1. Mempunyai pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam menyediakan full set account.
2. Berpengetahuan dalam bidang percukaian dan GST.
3. Boleh menyimpan rahsia.
4. Boleh selesaikan masalah.
5. Waktu bekerja 9pagi - 6ptg (Isnin - Jumaat), dan sabtu pertama & ketiga
