Description :: 1. Responsible for assisting with overall preparation of finance, accounting, taxation, budgetary control and payroll.
2. Responsible assisting Director with company financial planning, business analysis and establish information together with monthly sales, profit and loss reporting and advise management in financial matters.
3. Supervises overall G/L, AP and AR entries.
4. Oversee banking and treasury matters with particular emphasis on cash flow forecasting and control, managing financing requirements, and foreign exchange exposure management.
5. Lead annual budgeting exercise, financial forecasting and planning, financial performance analysis and to contribute in zeroing on key issues and identifying solutions.
6. Support and contribute to management decision making including the preparation of ad-hoc and special analysis and reports to assist in this function.
7. Carry out group tax planning while overseeing the preparation of company tax computations, submission of tax returns and tax compliance requirements.
8. Support in corporate planning, business set-up, licensing and related statutory requirement.
9. Handle and manage corporate secretarial matters as well as matters relating to board of directors and shareholders.
10. Review, develop, implement, maintain and improve financial or internal control system.
11. To work closely and coordinate with sales administration and credit control wherever necessary.
12. Formulate accounting policies and procedures to improve internal control;
Requirements :: '-Candidate must possess at least a Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,Mandarin
-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or equivalent
