Description :: '-To handle full set of accounts including tax & other finance / accounting related matters.
-Perform financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, Audit & taxation and preparation of Audit Committee papers, annual reports and business plans.
-Manage & Supervise a team of accounting staff in the month end closing process and reviewing all journals, posting & reconciliations to ensure proper compliance with accounting standards.
-Maintain formulate and implement accounting and internal control systems, policies, procedures to safeguard assets and operations.
-Responsible for financial data, P&L and balance sheet analysis.
-Familiar with Malaysian Corporate Taxation and GST accountings
-Review and submission of GST matters.
-Liaise with Auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
Requirements :: '-ACCA / Degree with 5 years of relevant experiences in full sets of accounts.
-Relevant working experience in Construction industry.
-Proactive, resourceful, Good Leadership and meticulous for details.
-Mature and possess positive attitude.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
