Description :: '-Assist the GM Finance in managing the assigned roles in daily accounting and finance functions of both Malaysia and Singapore.
-Monitor and report performance in terms of revenue, expenses and key value drivers.
-Track performance against budget, KPIs and highlight issues and variances.
-Able to colead and provide support to the GMFinance for all forecasting and budgeting exercises in addition to all the periodic reporting requirements.
-Costing and implementation of cost control initiatives are part of the roles assigned.
-Assist in the role of control and compliance as per all statutory requirements,
corporate governance and Group policies.
-Perform any other duties and projects as assigned by the GMFinance.
-Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to support decision making,
-strategy development and drive overall company performance.
Requirements :: -Possess a recognized degree in
Accountancy and/or a professional
qualification with at least 5 years of
relevant experience in a similar capacity,
with strong business acumen and
technical knowledge.
-Previous knowledge in manufacturing or
project based environment is highly
advantageous.
-Passionate about business financial
management, possesses positive attitude
and drive.
-Highly skilled in Microsoft Office tools and
familiar with ERP systems.
-Excellent oral and written communication
skills.
-Good EQ, strong interpersonal and people
management skills
