- Able to multi­tasked.

1. Financial Accounting and Internal Reporting
Oversee and monitor the financial accounting and taxation matters to ensure correct and consistent application of accounting standards for sound reporting.

2. Taxation
Ensure income tax, including indirect taxes and deferred tax are prepared and submitted on time.

3. Budgeting and Planning
Perform feasibility studies on potential investment and development project.
Ensure yearly budget, rolling forecast, common cost allocation analyse actual performance against budget are prepared for timely submission.

4. Cash flow Management
Prepare cash flow planning and financial analysis on proposed projects for management consideration.
Constant review on cash flow projection of the company to control payment and collection schedule for an individual property development project to achieve efficiency in cash management system. Monitor existing banking facilities.

5. GST Matters
GST implementation, on time submission and liaising with GST consultant/custom officer for GST credit (refund) or any other matters arise. 
Requirements :
• Degree in Accountancy or
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, or its equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in related field with supervisory skills for Degree holder
- Preferably Managers specializing in Finance ­ General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
