Description :: Issue manual settlement instructions to settlement agents immediately after trades are captured or settlement instructions are received.
Prepare payment instructions on value date / payment date for securities related transactions / activities.
Follow up unmatched settlement instructions in Euroclear, BONY and Other Domestic trades with counterparties and custodians.
Perform pre matching and trade affirmation prior to value date to ensure trade settles on value date.
Follow up with counterparties for SSI/ SDI and send requests CDS for the updates in the relevant settlement systems.
Fails management & reporting
Processing other related settlement tasks which includes collateral instruction, paperless voucher and rejected messages.
Monitoring of group inbox for enquiries
Investigation / resolution of client queries
Working to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring client benchmark requirements are achieved
Completion of end of the day checks and reports
Completion of daily MI via e TCS
Ensure all tasks are completed on a daily basis and both internal and external regulations are adhered accordingly
Ensuring that process KPIs and KRIs are managed on a daily bas
Requirements :: Candidate must be at least a graduate of SPM
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to speak and understand English & French fluently

Ability to write business letters and reports

Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately

Ability to understand and interpret numeric data
