Description :: - Able to handle full set of developer accounts, all general accounting and reporting matters.
- Assisting in monthly and order periodic management reporting and analysis
- Involvement in day-to-day accounting and treasury operations
- Preparing month-end closing schedules and reconciliations
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related construction / developer field is required for this position.
- Knowledge and experience in using IFCA software system will be an added advantage
- Well versed in computer knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office application.
- Positive working attitude and able to work in a team.
- Self motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to start at short notice is preferred
