Description :: - Develop business plan and sales strategy for assigned segments
- Management of key account customer with a proactive and professional approach
- Build long term relationships with existing clients as well as hunt new business opportunities
- Local marketing activities and customer events
- Market, customer and competitors analysis
- Achieve agreed sales and profit targets
- Follow internal procedures and sales tools
- Work effectively with internal Sales support to ensure required technical ,operational and implementation information are specified and costed correctly
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements :: - Degree in business or similar
- Sales experience is a plus point
- Understanding of complex solution selling
- Ability to manage and perform both strategic and operational tasks
- Trustworthy with ability to build long term relationship
- Driven, well organized, independent and enterprising as a person
- Fluent in English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus point.
- A natural team player prepared to do what is necessary to help get the result
- Excellent communication skills
