- -Familiar with SQL accounting.
-To monitor daily cash flow and bank balance.
-Ensure proper Filing
-Control Inventory
-Involved in day to day accounting & administration task.
-Handling acc payable, receivable & General ledger.
Perform daily data entries for invoice, sales collection and aging report.
-Preparation for Aging Report of Food & Non- Food creditors (suppliers, utilities, rental, services & maintenance)
Reconcile accounts payable & receivable transactions.
-Prepare analysis of accounts.
-Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
-Produce monthly report.
-Assist with month end closing.
-Provide supporting documentation for audits.
-Able to handle everything about all admin task / Multitask - Requirements :
- -Diploma/Degree in Accounting /Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
-Knowledge SQL Accounting software
-Experiences in Food & Beverages industries would be an added advantages.
-High integrity, self-motivated, result and task oriented with strong work ethics and positive attitude.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Problem solver
-Have own transport.
