- To handle admin and accounting operation matters and prepare basic of accounting using MS Excel.Knowledge of GST preparation will be advantage
- To prepare the invoice, quotation, purchase order and cheque payment on timely basis
- Ensure financial records are accurate; proper and systematic filling of accounts related documents.
-To provide administrative support to sales and management team.
-To prepare sales and collection reports on weekly basis; preparation monthly reports
-To update and maintain customers database
-To handle the office administration and any ad-hoc issues/duties assigned from time to time from management
-Ability to handle sensitive information with tact.
-Able to multitask and work in pressure. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate /Diploma / Degree , with or without experience (fresh grads encourage to apply)
- Multitasking and resourceful team player with good presentation and organization skills
- Customer oriented attitude, good communication skills and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and internet savvy for internet & mobile marketing.
- Preference given for candidates that have accounting knowledge.
- Willing to travel and have a car
- Love and friendly with children
