- In our new division newly set up in our group of companies, our Retail Business Unit has created an exciting job opportunities to the talents in the retail industry,
as well as the excited retail scene in local market. Due to its’ expansion, we are now looking for a Finance Manager to be part of our growth history.
- As a Finance Manager, you will need a good head for figures and for dealing with complex modelling and analysis, as well as a sound grasp of financial systems
and procedures. 
Requirements :
• In general, tasks across roles may include:
• Must already have day to day responsibility for the finance function within a retail business with Group reporting requirements
• Used to operating accurately to tight deadlines with a thorough understanding of the key profit drivers in a customer focused business.
• Previous responsibility for the analysis and interpretation of costs and the identification of corrective actions.
• Good background and firm understanding of profit analysis and interpretation.
• Experience of driving business improvement from the interpretation of the financial data, with a good “feel” for the numbers.
• Knowledge of product costing and the drivers affecting it.
• Preparation of annual budgets and targets,, and periodic comparison of performance against budget
• Experienced in the preparation of annual budgets, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash­flow.
formulating strategic and long­term business plans
• researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost­reduction opportunities
• managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
• liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
• developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
• producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• supervising staff
• keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems
• Insurance/ risk management
• Maintaining the payroll of the company
