Description :: • To key in data into SAGE50 Accounting system (training will be provided, but prior experience is an added advantage)
• To issue and file standard documents (e.g. Invoices, POs, DOs, CNs etc)
• To handle filing and basic admin functions
• Simple report writing and formatting
• Simple HR functions (managing staff expense claims, overtime claims etc.)
Requirements :: • Prefer Female any race
• Min 2-5 years working experience required
• Office working hours are 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Weekdays only. Overtime rarely required.
• Farmiliar with GST and basic accounts (Invoices, POs, DOs, CNs etc)
• Experience in SAGE50 accounting software is an added advantage, but training will be given if not.
• Must be computer literate (Simple Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
• Good written and spoken English and Malay
• Salary: RM1800-2500 (Commesurate with candidate and experience)
• Applicant must be Malaysian
