Description :: • Handle daily accounts recording functions, monthly payment, bank reconciliation, Account Receivables, Account Payables responsibilities and data entries to the accounting system accurately.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing and reporting
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filings
• Basic HR Duties for other employees (update & maintaining accurate personnel records and
failling)
• Responsible for banking and office administrative tasks.
• Keeping track of inventories
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/Higher / Graduate Diploma,
finance /Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or
equivalent.
• Able to Interact with Kementerian Dalam Negeri(KDN) & PSMB.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Multitasking and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Full time position available
• Requires skill(s) : MS Excel & MS Word
• Knowledge in MYOB system will be added advantage.
• Willing to learn and acquire new skills on the job
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seremban
• Preferably for Indian / Chinese (Female)
