• Can manage Full Sets of Accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Support daily office account and admin task such as open invoice, DO, PO, enquiries, quotation, General Ledger, Payment Voucher, etc.
• To handle monthly payroll.
• Perform daily accounting operations & Cash flow statement.
• Liaise with banker & auditor.
• Handling of Bank & AR/AP Reconciliation
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts and audit accounts.
• Maintained supplier payments including cheque, online banking and account statement, staff claim.
• Relevant knowledge in GST implementation, and ensure accuracy of GST filling.
• All other duties necessary in relation to accounting, financial & admin matters.
• Able to works systematically and meet deadline and willing to works under pressure and extra hours.
• Perform any ad hoc task as assigned by management. 
Requirements :
• Candidate must posses at least Minimum Diploma LCCI Higher or Degree in Accounting.
• Min 3 years in accounting working experience
• Willing to travel and work long hours if required.
• Must have own transport.
• Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
