- • Assist in office administration matters and documents filing
• Manage data entry and updating of accounts
• Process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipt, cheque, etc
• Prepare statement of accounts
• Manage all the petty cash claims and payout
• Process claim submissions and reimbursement
• Maintain proper filling of accounts documents for record keeping.
• Supporting the receptions desk
• Copying, scanning and sorting office documents
- Requirements :
- • Applicants must possess at least LCCI, or Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years working experience. Fresh graduates are WELCOME to apply.
• Analytical, meticulous, reliable and able to meet assigned deadlines.
• Required language literacy: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required software knowledge: Microsoft Office and advantage if SQL Accounting Software.
• Ability to perform routine tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
