Description :: 1. To develop, recommend and implement the Company’s accounting policies and procedures in accordance with the Malaysian Accounting Standard Board, regulations and statute.
2. To design and develop appropriate plans to safeguard the Company’s financial position and assets management through risk analysis, financial analysis and efficient credit management.
3. To interpret and analyse accurately all financial information, accounts receivable and actual financial performance against planned operating budgets and highlighting matters that require attention to the Management.
4. To develop and recommend plans and strategies for the Finance Division to achieve the Company’s corporate objectives.
5. Responsible in the preparation of all financial and accounting statements, periodic balance sheet, profit and lost reports, operating budgets, financial forecasts and other financial related matters.
6. Develop and maintain cordial relationship with key financial institutions.
7. To plan, supervise and motivate subordinates in ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of all financial and accounting statements and reports.
8. Responsible on Legal, Statutory and Taxation issues and reporting for Actual and Forecast cycle.
9. To prepare the board paper and make sure submit to secretarial department on a timely basis.
10. Undertake special projects as requested by the management and any other job assigned by Head of Company
Requirements :: • Degree in Accountancy or
• Diploma in Accountancy with relevant experience
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA,CIMA, MICPA or its equivalent.
• 6- 8 years’ experience in related field with supervisory skills for Diploma holder
• 3- 5 years’ experience in related field with supervisory skills for Degree holder
